About the Speaker:

Duncan Tickell is Managing Director, Publishing of Magicalia, one of the UK’s leading independent publishers and winners of AOP Specialist Digital Publisher 2010. Madeformums, their new launch into the parenting sector was shortlisted for AOP launch of the year 2010. In addition to his publishing responsibilities he heads up Magicalia’s commercial efforts. Magicalia’s passion is to create conversations in the consumer specialist markets of parenting and active sports.

Duncan has worked in digital media from 2000 and  has been lucky enough to spend this time working in specialist verticals close to his heart including, technology, videogames, cycling and most recently parenting, this journey has included board roles at VNU and Dennis Publishing. Duncan chaired the AOP B2B Research Committee from 2006-2008.
