Seth Baer
Director of Operations, Boats Group

Seth Baer serves as Director of Operations at Boats Group, where he leads operational strategy and ensures seamless coordination across the company’s global marine marketplaces. He has risen through the ranks from roles in software development and analytics to his current leadership position, bringing deep technical insight to operational excellence.
