Beginning her career at About.com 25 years ago, she has played an integral role in the company’s success through many acquisitions and earned several awards along the way for her dedication, innovation and overall outstanding leadership.

Jared Collett

Jared Collett is the Head of Ad Operations at Major League Fishing where he oversees ad and sponsorship product development, digital governance and analytics, ad serving platforms and processes, and email advertising. Jared started his career as a trafficker for a B2B publisher where he quickly rose to Ad Tech Manager and became the first IAB Digital Ad Ops Certified professional in Oklahoma.
This rapid rise and designation caught the attention of Major League Fishing, who brought him on as a consultant to facilitate their growth into digital from linear TV. Shortly into the consultation process, Jared was convinced to join Major League Fishing full-time in order to spearhead this expansion into digital. He and his team built the ad ops ecosystem from nothing – increasing digital revenue from 0% to 40% of business in 3 years through direct-sold productization across web, app, social, email and livestream properties.
As a true friend of the industry, Jared keeps a keen eye on opportunities to innovate while looking for ways to connect with and elevate others. Jared has been featured on the Clean.io “Ad Ops All-Stars” podcast and had the privilege of participating in various speaking engagements, conferences, and webinars over the past five years. And yes, Jared does Ads Ops for fishing…in Oklahoma.
And no, Jared is not an avid fisherman but does enjoy the occasional fishing outings when he’s not wakesurfing, gaming or socializing with friends and colleagues.

She is responsible for the development of key programmatic partnerships, strategy, and revenue growth across Tastemade’s global streaming network.
Prior to Tastemade, Kristin brings with her 20+ years of experience in digital client development and ad tech and has contributed to revenue growth for some of the world’s leading technology companies including Time Inc., Fox Interactive Media, and Yelp.

Christine has 15+ years of experience with content creation, digital marketing, and media strategy. As Senior Vice President at Kroger Precision Marketing, Christine oversees a team of world-class digital marketing strategists and operations team members who lead the industry in retail media expertise. By connecting business strategy with performance marketing strategy which is enabled by machine learning models and pre-optimized audience reach data science, the KPM Media Operations team can execute with analytical and technical agility. The team is regularly recognized throughout the industry for not only meeting a client’s digital advertising benchmarks, but also regularly exceeding their intended business objectives.
Prior to joining the company, Christine most recently she held multiple positions at independent digital marketing agency, Goodway Group, including Vice President of Media Solutions. Her career has spanned a variety of areas across all sides of media, from time at McClatchy to AOL’s Patch and social media marketing boutique agency, SoMedia Solutions. She currently serves on the AdMonsters Advisory Board, the RNM Ascendant Council and is a regular at industry events. Christine lives in Atlanta, Ga. with her husband and three children.
Terry Guyton-Bradley

Terry Guyton-Bradley is a digital media industry veteran and an early pioneer in the programmatic advertising space. He has had the keen ability to build top-performing programmatic ad stacks while ensuring audiences are not alienated or hyper-targeted. Terry has extensive experience leading advertising operations teams for both large and small companies. Terry started his career in AdOps at Doubleclick in the old 5th Avenue office and continued by joining the ranks of Viacom, the Economist, NBCUniversal, Conde’ Nast, and currently Fortune Media as the Senior Director of Ad Technology. With a customer-centric perspective, Terry continues to champion digital advertising in an ever-changing landscape.
John Harris

John Harris is an Ad Technology & Operations veteran with over 15 years of experience in the industry. In John’s current role at SiriusXM, his team owns core Ad Operations functions in addition to Ad Product support and Ad Systems support for the SXM Media Business, which is the ad monetization arm of SiriusXM and includes brands like SiriusXM, Pandora & Stitcher. His organization also works closely with Product and Engineering partners on Go To Market initiatives and product/systems escalations within the advertising domain. In addition to his team’s core scope, John has overseen scaling initiatives for the ad monetization business through the implementation of standardized processes and outsourcing initiatives to help revenue teams scale efficiently.

After an early career in wholesale car buying, Therran began his advertising journey by building audiences from vehicle purchase data at Polk Automotive (now S&P Global Mobility). After noticing the potential AdTech offered, Therran joined data start-ups like PlaceIQ and Tapad in Product and Marketing roles. Therran then led a Solutions Engineering and Data Monetization teams at IBM’s Watson Ads unit.
Therran eventually went agency-side at Omnicom’s PHD Media, where he initiated change management through the development of a MarTech Consulting group, which is now driving agency futureproofing and innovation. For the last two years, he has been leading the Data & Technology Discipline for EssenceMediacom, bringing fresh approaches to leveraging, sourcing, and harmonizing client data for improved ad efficacy.
Most recently, Therran left the agency to focus on scaling industry data and AI opportunities. Role at EssenceMediacom Data & Technology Leadership around Data Strategy, MarTech Consulting, Data Governance and Business Intelligence. On the North America ELT, creating the vision to reshape the data and technology practices for GroupM in the region for EM.
Quirky fact: he is obsessed with Bluetooth technology and has over 10 devices and has been using them since 2006.
